Green Eggs and Hams!

We had a beautiful day for the annual Easter Egg Hunt. Many volunteers joined us from Kirkwood UCC, many eggs were found, and many friends gathered!

Celebrate Easter

THIS SUNDAY April 17th is our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Be registered, be on time, and bring a basket or sack. The hunt takes place behind the main building at 1:30pm and will be in STEPS in case of inclement weather.

An Easter PARTY will take place Wednesday April 20th at 10am.


Easter is a Christian holiday celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Traditions for Christian families include attending a worship service, coloring eggs, gathering for a meal, Easter baskets filled with goodies, egg hunts, the Easter Bunny and crafts related to eggs, bunnies and chicks.

Minute to Win It Games

Have you seen the new game show, "Minute to Win It"? Contestants are challenged to complete a task, using everday household objects, in less than a minute! Enjoy the photos of the daring individuals who gave the games a try (pay no attention to the date on them, it really was last Friday night). First we practiced. In "A Bit Dicey" the player places a popsicle stick in his/her mouth and vertically stacks one die at a time on the stick. Six dice within sixty seconds wins!Sam demonstrates and MaryAnn B. is quick to catch on next. Jimmy S. warming up. Lorna and Rapunzel and keep the games going...look at their balance!!
